The Settings section in VeriDoc HR allows you to manage everything related to your account, organization, and billing from one place. Access it by clicking your profile name at the top-right of the dashboard and selecting Settings from the dropdown menu.

The settings page is divided into three main tabs for easier navigation:

• Update My Details – Edit your name, email, position, and phone number, or change your password. Click Save Password after updates.
• Organisation Details – Configure your company’s timezone, timesheet settings, blockchain entry preferences, and QR code validity. You can also view your organization name, ID, and upload your logo.
• Membership & Billing – Review your current subscription plan, billing period, and cost per employee. This section shows your active plan and renewal dates.

Each section is clearly labeled, helping you maintain accurate account information and manage your subscription with minimal effort.
