The Generate QR Code feature in VeriDoc HR allows administrators and employees to create secure, blockchain-backed QR codes that are used for attendance tracking and verification purposes. This simple yet powerful tool ensures every employee check-in and check-out is authenticated through a unique, time-stamped QR identifier.

To begin, log in to your VeriDoc HR dashboard and select the Generate QR Code option from the top navigation menu. You will be directed to the login screen, where you can enter your registered email and password. Once logged in successfully, the system instantly generates a personalized QR code tied to your account credentials.

Each QR code is uniquely encrypted and includes essential details such as the email ID, date, and exact time of generation. Users can easily print the QR code or save it digitally for later use. This QR code can be scanned during employee check-ins and check-outs, enabling a seamless and tamper-proof attendance tracking experience.

The QR code remains active until reset or regenerated by the user. In case you need a new code, simply click the Reset button to generate a fresh QR instantly. All activities are securely logged, ensuring complete transparency and accuracy across HR records.
