Employee Section Tour
The Employee Section in VeriDoc HR is designed to simplify how administrators manage and monitor employee details. It provides a complete overview of all registered employees along with quick-access tools to edit, verify, or archive any profile. Every action performed here is securely logged, keeping records accurate and transparent.
To access this section, log in to the VeriDoc HR dashboard and click on the Employees tab from the top navigation bar. The Employee List page displays all registered employees in a structured table format. Each entry includes important information such as Unique ID, Employee Number, Profile Picture, Name, Email, and Position. The search bar at the top helps you quickly locate any employee using their name or email address. You can also adjust the number of records displayed per page for convenience.
From this list, you can perform several actions. Use the Enable or Disable buttons under the Status column to activate or deactivate an employee. To make updates, click the Edit icon beside an employee’s record and modify their details as needed. The Verify icon lets you confirm an employee’s identity and credentials, ensuring authenticity in the HR system. Finally, the Archive button allows you to remove inactive employees from the active list without deleting their records, keeping the system organized.
Administrators can also add new employees using the Create New Employee button at the top-right corner. This feature simplifies onboarding by allowing you to quickly register new staff members with minimal effort.
The Employee Section helps HR teams maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date employee database while ensuring all user actions are secure and fully traceable.
